Little Town On The Prairie 2

Laura had lived in the little town on the prairie to work for her elder sister,
Mary to go to the college for the blind since she was 14 years old.

I could see the process of Laura's growing in her teenage, such as the
awareness of fashion, hairstyle as a young girl.
Meeting with Almanzo Wilder who would be Laura's husband after several
years, studying hard at school to be a teacher,and enjoying school life
with her friends.

Laura exchanged name cards with her friends each other.
These beautiful messages showing down below were written on
the name cards from Laura's friends..
Each of them seems to be Laura's treasure.

" The rose of the valley may wither,
the pleasures of youth pass away,

Her life in the little town on the prairie had been much more brilliant
than " Little House On The Prairie ".
I bet you would be inspired by Laura's delightful story .

Hi, MOKO You’ve read another book of the series, haven’t you? I’ve read it in Japanese a long time ago. I thought Almanzo was cool and Laura was charming and teenagers were always same. I believe that you must have enjoyed while you read it.	norako 2008/03/03 22:37
